Refer coaches and earn a share of their subscription

Open Refer coaches in the menu (in the app: More → Refer coaches). Share your link, or invite a coach by email from that page.

What you earn

For each coach who signs up with your link, you earn 50% of what they pay for their Goodform subscription, VAT excluded, for their first 3 paid months: their first 3 monthly invoices after their 14-day trial. If they choose a yearly plan, you earn 50% of 3/12 of their yearly invoice. Only their subscription counts, never the fees on their clients’ payments. The coach you refer gets the usual trial, nothing more, and their price does not change.

When it is paid

Each earning is on hold for 30 days after their payment. If that payment is refunded or disputed, the earning is cancelled; if it was already paid out, it is taken off your next payout. Once your available earnings reach €10, we send them by Stripe to the account your clients pay you on, during the daily payout. No account connected yet? Connect it in Settings → Payouts: your earnings wait for you meanwhile.

What you see

Refer coaches shows what is on hold, available and already paid, and each coach you referred: invited, signed up, in trial, paying with the months left, or done. You get a notification when a coach you referred starts paying, and when a payout is sent.

The rules

Referring yourself does not count: the same person, the same SIRET or the same payment card earns nothing. These earnings are part of your business’s turnover: declare them with the rest. The full rules are in the terms of sale, “Referral program”.
