Terms of sale: Goodform subscription

Last updated: 25 October 2026

These terms of sale apply to the Goodform subscription that Iterative Bits SAS sells to coaches, to the fee Iterative Bits SAS takes on clients’ card payments, and to the referral program between coaches. They complete the terms of use. By starting a trial or a paid plan, the coach accepts them.

  1. 1. Who these terms are for

The Goodform subscription is sold to professionals, for their business. These terms do not apply to purchases a client makes from a coach: those follow the coach’s own conditions.

If the coach employs five people or fewer and the subscription is outside the field of their main activity, the coach has the protections of article L221-3 of the French Consumer Code, including the 14-day right of withdrawal.

  2. 2. Plans and prices

Goodform has two plans, Start and Pro, both with every feature. They differ only by the number of active clients and by the fee on clients’ card payments:

    • Start: €39 a month or €390 a year, up to 20 active clients, fee of 2%;
    • Pro: €79 a month or €790 a year, no limit on active clients, fee of 1%.

Active clients are the clients you coach now: leads and archived clients do not count. A yearly plan costs 10 months for 12 months of service: 2 months are free. Prices include VAT. The plans and prices in force are in the table below and on the pricing page; the price you pay is the one shown when you subscribe.

    Start€39 a month€390 a yearUp to 202%
    Pro€79 a month€790 a yearUnlimited1%
  3. 3. Fee on clients’ card payments

When a client pays the coach by card through Goodform (a session, a pack, a monthly plan and its instalments, a course, a gift card), Iterative Bits SAS takes a fee of 2% of the amount paid on the Start plan, or 1% on the Pro plan, VAT included. The rate is that of the coach’s plan on the day of the payment, during the trial too. The fee is deducted automatically by Stripe from the payment, as an application fee: the coach receives the amount paid minus the fees, and the client pays nothing more than the price shown.

No fee is taken on payments the coach records by hand (cash, bank transfer or any payment received outside Goodform).

The fee Stripe takes to process the payment is separate: Stripe charges it under its own agreement with the coach. For each payment, the coach sees the processing fees (Stripe’s and Goodform’s together) and the net amount they receive.

When a payment is refunded, in full or in part, the Goodform fee is refunded in the same proportion.

  4. 4. Trial

A first subscription starts with a trial of 14 days, on the plan and billing period the coach chooses, with that plan’s client limit and fee. Each coach can have only one trial.

A card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, the card is charged the price of the chosen plan, unless the coach has stopped the subscription before then from Settings → Subscription; nothing is charged in that case. The coach is reminded by email before the trial ends.

  5. 5. Billing and payment

The subscription is paid in advance by card, through Stripe: each month for a monthly plan; for a yearly plan, the whole year at once, at the start of the year. At the end of each period it renews automatically for the same length, at the price then in force (see “Price changes”), until it is stopped.

An invoice is issued for every subscription payment and is available in Settings → Subscription. Invoices carry the details of Iterative Bits SAS.

Any sum not paid by its due date bears, by operation of law, interest at three times the legal interest rate and gives rise to a fixed indemnity of €40 for recovery costs. No discount is given for early payment.

  6. 6. Changing plan

The coach can change plan or billing period at any time from Settings → Subscription.

    • Moving from Start to Pro, or from monthly to yearly billing, applies at once: a new period starts that day, and the coach pays the new price minus the unused part of the current period.
    • Moving from Pro to Start, or from yearly to monthly billing, applies at the end of the current period; nothing is charged until then.
    • Start cannot be chosen while the coach has more than 20 active clients.
    • During the trial, a change applies at once and nothing is charged before the end of the trial.
  7. 7. Failed payments and deactivated account

If a payment fails, the coach is told by email and in the app, and Stripe tries the card again for up to two weeks. Meanwhile the account stays open, and the coach can pay at any time from Settings → Subscription.

The coach’s account is deactivated when the trial ends without being paid, when a payment is still unpaid after Stripe’s new attempts, or when the subscription has been stopped and its last period is over. While the account is deactivated:

    • the coach sees only a message saying so and the page to pay;
    • the coach’s public page no longer takes bookings or purchases;
    • the coach’s data is kept, as described in the privacy policy, and the coach’s clients keep access to their own data.

The account is reactivated as soon as the coach pays for a plan.

  8. 8. Stopping the subscription

The coach can stop the subscription at any time, in a few clicks, from Settings → Subscription, during the trial too. It stops at the end of the trial or of the period already paid: the coach keeps every feature until then and is not charged again. Until that date the coach can change their mind.

After that date the account is deactivated (see “Failed payments and deactivated account”). The data is kept and can be exported on request to privacy@goodform.coach, then is deleted as described in the privacy policy, except invoices, which are kept 10 years.

  9. 9. Refunds

Stopping during the trial costs nothing. A period that has started, monthly or yearly, is due in full and is not refunded, unless Iterative Bits SAS could not provide the service for reasons of its own, or the law requires it. When the right of withdrawal applies, a payment made during the 14 days is refunded within 14 days of the request, less the share of the service already used if the coach asked to start at once.

  10. 10. Right of withdrawal (coaches covered by article L221-3)

A coach covered by article L221-3 of the French Consumer Code (see “Who these terms are for”) can withdraw within 14 days of subscribing, without giving a reason and at no cost: from Settings → Subscription, by email to hello@goodform.coach, or by sending the form below. Iterative Bits SAS refunds within 14 days, by the same means of payment. If the coach asked for the plan to start before the 14 days are over, the share of the period already used is due (article L221-25).

  11. 11. Our commitments

Iterative Bits SAS provides the platform with care: database hosted in the European Union, regular backups, secure payments, help by email at hello@goodform.coach. For clients’ personal data, Iterative Bits SAS acts as the coach’s processor, under the data processing agreement (DPA, article 28 of the GDPR) the coach accepts with these terms: goodform.coach/data-processing-agreement

  12. 12. Liability

Each party is liable for the direct damage it causes to the other. The liability of Iterative Bits SAS for the subscription is limited to the amounts the coach paid to Iterative Bits SAS (subscription and fees) in the 12 months before the event. Neither party is liable for indirect damage such as lost revenue or lost clients. These limits do not apply to gross negligence, fraud or personal injury.

  13. 13. Price changes

Prices and fee rates can change. A coach is told by email at least 30 days before a new price or fee rate applies to them: a new price applies from their next renewal after that date, a new fee rate from the date given in the email. A coach who does not agree can stop the subscription before that date.

  14. 14. Founding offer withdrawn

The founding offer announced before the launch of Goodform is withdrawn: it can no longer be taken. A coach who had subscribed to it moves to the Pro plan: they are told by email at least 30 days before, the price and fee of Pro apply from their first renewal after that date, and they can stop the subscription before then at no cost.

  15. 15. Referral program

A coach (the referrer) can recommend Goodform to other coaches with their personal link, from the “Refer coaches” page. A coach who creates their account with that link, or enters it before their first payment, and who has never paid for a Goodform subscription becomes the referred coach. Only the first link used counts.

    • Reward: the referrer receives 50% of the amount, VAT excluded, that the referred coach pays Iterative Bits SAS for their Goodform subscription, for the referred coach’s first 3 paid months, that is their first 3 monthly invoices after the trial. If the referred coach pays for a yearly plan, the reward is 50% of 3/12 of their yearly invoice, VAT excluded. Only the subscription price actually paid counts: the fees taken on the referred coach’s clients’ payments, VAT and unpaid periods never do.
    • The referred coach gets the 14-day trial described above, nothing more; their price does not change.
    • Holding period: each reward becomes available 30 days after the referred coach’s invoice is paid. If that payment is refunded, in full or in part, or disputed with the bank, the reward for it is cancelled; if it was already paid out, its amount is deducted from the next payouts.
    • Payout: available rewards are paid by Stripe transfer to the referrer’s Stripe payment account (the one where their clients pay them) once their total reaches €10. While that account is not connected or cannot receive transfers, or the total is below that amount, the rewards stay due and are paid later. The referrer sees their pending, available and paid rewards on the “Refer coaches” page.
    • No self-referral: no reward is due when the referrer and the referred coach are the same person, have the same SIRET number (or the same SIREN number) or pay with the same payment card. Iterative Bits SAS can also refuse or cancel a reward obtained by fraud or by getting around these rules.
    • Declaring them: rewards are part of the turnover of the referrer’s business. The referrer is responsible for declaring them and paying the related taxes and contributions.
    • End or change of the program: Iterative Bits SAS can change or end the referral program by telling coaches by email at least 30 days before. Rewards for invoices paid before that date stay due under the rules in force when they were paid.
  16. 16. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. Contact us first at hello@goodform.coach. If no agreement is found, disputes between professionals go before the commercial court of Paris. This clause applies only between professionals: a coach covered by article L221-3 can bring a dispute before the court of their own place of residence and refer it, free of charge, to a consumer mediator, whose contact details are given on request at hello@goodform.coach.
